1. The Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Ankur Agrawal as an Additional Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. June 27, 2016 & accordingly re-constituted the Committees of the Corporate Governance under Listing (Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
2. The Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approves the resignation of Mr. Anil Agrawal from the office of Executive Director of the Company. |
