| Exchange Disseminated Time | Compucom Software Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015;
2. To consider and take on record the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015; and
3. To consider and approve the date, time and place of Annual General meeting of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015 and other matters connected with the Annual General Meeting;
Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from August 05, 2015 to August 14, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the Directors and Key Management Personnel’s of the Company. |
