| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/01/2016 17:57:30 | Mayur Uniquoters Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter / nine months ended on December 31, 2015, and to recommend third interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2015-16, if any and the matters connected therewith.
Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from January 27, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and other designated persons. |
