| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier letter dated May 26, 2015, JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on June 10, 2015, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June, 2014, second quarter and half year ended September, 2014, third quarter and nine months ended December, 2014 and audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2015 and to consider and recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 cannot be held and shall stand cancelled due to some unforeseen reasons beyond the control of the Company. |
