We further inform you that in terms of the Himadri's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees and connected persons (including their immediate relatives) from 3 May 2017 to 12 May 2017 (both days inclusive).
