| Exchange Disseminated Time | Eros International Media Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2014 along with the statement of assets and liabilities as on that date.
Further, as per “Eros International Media Limited Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading” and as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the code from February 03, 2015 to February 15, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
