This is further to our letter dated December 11, 2017 enclosing the Notice and the Explanatory Statement for seeking consent of the Members of the Company by way of a Special Resolution vide Postal Ballot /E-voting for Sale of Company's Phosphatic Fertilizer Business and Trading Business and all related assets at Haldia, West Bengal.In this regard, we wish to inform you that the aforesaid resolution has been passed by the Members of the Company with requisite majority with effect from January 10, 2018, being the last date of voting.
In compliance with Regulation 44(3) of the LODR Regulations, we are attaching the Voting Results of the said Postal Ballot (including voting by electronic means) along with the Scrutinizer's Report on the combined voting results. The same will be made available on the website of the Company at www.tatachemicals.com.
