1. The Board recommended the Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. @ 15%) for the Financial Year 2015 - 16.
2. The Board approved allotment of 34,966 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2010 (ESOP - 2010) consequent to which the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 5,63,34,00,640 to Rs. 5,63,37,50,300. |
