| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/10/2015 18:42:54 | With reference to the earlier communications regarding Update on divestment in Indian Energy Exchange Limited (IEX) from time to time, Financial Technologies (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has concluded the sale of 5.46% equity stake in lEX on fully diluted basis with M/s. Agri Power and Engineering Solutions Private Limited and accordingly 16,55,557 equity shares has been transferred to the above Purchaser from the Escrow Account with Axis Bank Ltd.
With the conclusion of the above transaction, the Company has completed the sale of 19.06% stake in lEX on fully diluted basis.
The Company will adhere to the directions of Hon’ble Supreme Court in the captioned subject matter. |
