| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/10/2016 17:35:28 | | Indian Hume Pipe Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2016, have recommended issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion of One Bonus Share of Rs. 2 each for every One equity share of Rs. 2 each held by the Members, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot and E-voting. The said Bonus Shares, if approved by the Members, will be credited or Share Certificates in respect thereof will be dispatched, where Shares are held in the dematerialized form and in the physical form, respectively by December 25, 2016. |
