| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ankit Metal & Power Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 20, 2014 to September 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 26, 2014.
Further, Pursuant to provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement, the Company is pleased to provide its members, the facility to cast their vote by electronic means on all the resolutions mentioned in the notice. The Company has fixed August 08, 2014 as cut-off date for the purpose of determining eligibility of shareholders to cast the votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the AGM. |
