- To consider and approve and take on record Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended at September 30, 2015 for all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company from November 01, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). |
