| Exchange Disseminated Time | NMDC Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3) and to consider declaration of first interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16, if any.
In pursuance of the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with securities of NMDC Limited, the trading window shall remain closed from February 04, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days inclusive), in connection with the above scheduled meeting. |
