1. The Board has accepted Resignation received from Mr. Bal Mukund Sharma from the board as Independent Director w.e.f. July 25, 2016.
2. The Board has approved the Appointment of M/s. M. Maheshwari & Associates Practicing Company Secretary as Scrutinizers for the entire Voting Process.
3. The Board has approved the retirement of Mr. Ramesh Patidar Executive Director, to retire by rotation at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and being eligible has offered himself for re-appointment. |
