The Company has received following Notice for Demand under Section 156 of Income Tax Act, 1961 from Income Tax Department.
1.Notice for Demand under Section 156 of Income-tax Act, 1961 dated 22-12-2017 for assessment year 2010-11 a sum of Rs. Nil/-.
2.Notice for Demand under Section 156 of Income-tax Act, 1961 dated 22-12-2017 for assessment year 2011-12 a sum of Rs. Nil/-.
3.Notice for Demand under Section 156 of Income-tax Act, 1961 dated 22-12-2017 for assessment year 2012-13 a sum of Rs. Nil/-
4.Notice for Demand under Section 156 of Income-tax Act, 1961 dated 22-12-2017 for assessment year 2013-14 a sum of Rs.33,10,110/-. A demand of a sum of Rs.33,10,110/- was before considering of credit of Dividend Distribution Tax.
On above, the Income Tax Department has not given credit for Dividend Distribution Tax of Rs.40,46,865/- already paid by the company, necessary application for rectification will be made in due course.
