| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ind-Swift Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the following Special Resolution:
- Special Resolution under Section 17 of the Companies Act, 1956 for alteration of object clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company by inserting sub clause no.8a and 8b after the existing sub clause 8.
Duly completed the Postal Ballot form should reach the Scrutinizer on or before April 24, 2012. The Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after the completion of the scrutiny of Postal Ballot Forms and the result of the voting by Postal Ballot will be declared on April 26, 2012, at the registered office of the Company at # 781, Industrial Area, Phase II, Chandigarh- 160002.
