| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gyscoal Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 03, 2016, inter alia, has taken the following decisions :
1. The Board has re-appointed Mr. Zankarsinh Solanki as Whole Time Director for further period of 5(Five) years w.e.f. April 01, 2016 as his term expires on March 31, 2016.
2. The Board has adopted Policy for Preservation of Documents (Physically or Electronic) pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
3. The Board has adopted Policy for determining materiality of an events or information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. |
