1. To consider and approve standalone and consolidated audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017.
2. To recommend payment of equity dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2017.
As per the Company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors / officers and designated employees from May 17, 2017 till 48 hours after the public announcement of the decisions taken by the Board. |
