| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/10/2016 19:42:06 | Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2016, inter alia, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
Pursuant to Code 5.1 of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations of the Bank, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the Bank's shares shall remain closed from October 17, 2016 till October 31, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of consideration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. During this period, no trading shall be made in the Bank's shares by the Directors, designated employees of the Bank and all connected persons as defied in the "Code of Conduct". The Trading window shall open for trading on November 01, 2016. |
