This closure of the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on 6th July, 2017 to consider allotment of Equity Shares on coversion of Convertible Equity Warrants of face value of Rs.10/- each at a Issue Price of Rs.181/- (including premium amount of Rs.171/- on prefential basis to group of Strategic Investors, not forming part of the Promotere Group of the Company.
