| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the Increase in Price, Kiri Industries Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:
"The Company is regular in compliance with the provisions of the Listing Agreement entered in to with the Stock Exchange(s). Please note that, we have always complied with clause 36 of the listing agreement and have informed the Stock Exchange(s) of the requisite information before making it known the general public which in our opinion if declared would affect the price of equity shares of the Company.
We wish to further inform you that, to the best of our knowledge and understanding, there are no events, or there is no information/announcement which price sensitive in nature is pending for dissemination to the investors/general public through exchange". |
