| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Blast Furnace and other facilities connected therewith under Steel Plant Division of the Company at Raipur shall be shut down for a period of about 25 days commencing from September 18, 2010 for the purpose of undertaking Capital Repairs.
The Capital Repairs to the Blast Furnace has been considered necessary to reset the technical parameters of Blast Furnace after which it is expected that Productivity of Furnace will improve.
Other operations independent of Blast Furnace in Steel Plant Division, and all operations in other units under Iron and Steel Castings Division of the Company continue to function as normal in usual course of business. |
