For the above purpose and pursuant to the Company's Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (the Code) adopted as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities shall remain closed from Saturday, October 28, 2017 upto Thursday, November 09, 2017 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on Friday, November 10, 2017.
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and all other persons covered under the Code are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company from October 28, 2017 to November 09, 2017 (both days inclusive).
