| Exchange Disseminated Time | Igarashi Motors India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had applied for voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company from the Madras Stock Exchange Limited, Chennai (MSE) by complying with inter alia Regulations 6(a) and 7 of the SEBl (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009. The Company further inform that MSE had approved delisting of the Company’s equity shares with effect from August 25, 2014.
However, the Company’s Shares would continue to be listed with Bombay Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India, Mumbai (NSE), having nationwide trading terminals. |
