1. To approve Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2017;
2. To consider recommendation of Final Dividend for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2017; and
3. To consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2017-18.
Further as communicated earlier, pursuant to "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities" adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) with effect from May 15, 2017 and shall remain closed till May 31, 2017. |
