1. Re-appointment of Shri Rahul Shroff as a Wholetime Director of the Company from August 01, 2013 for a further period of 3 years on modified terms & conditions as mentioned in the notice & explanting statement dated July 27, 2013.
2. Shri Ameya Shroff has been appointed as a Wholetime Director of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.from August 01, 2013 on terms & conditions as mentioned in the notice & explanting statement dated July 27, 2013.
3. Re-appointment of Shri S. L. Shroff as a director, who retires by rotation, but being eligible, offers himself for
re-appointment.
4. Re-appointment of Shri N. G. Khaitan as a director, who retires by rotation, but being eligible, offers himself for
re-appointment.
5. Re-appointment of Shri B. K. Agrawal as a director, who retires by rotation, but being eligible, offers himself for
