| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/10/2015 18:36:54 | Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 23, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015 and shall also consider the matter relating to approval of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2015-16 at the said meeting.
Further, as per the provisions of the Company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons (Directors, KMP, Promoters and other employees) covered under the Code with effect from October 17, 2015 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015 to the public (both days inclusive). |
