| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 08, 2014 regarding Outcome of AGM held on August 08, 2014, Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd has now informed BSE that Mr. Rahul Mehta, who was appointed as additional director of the Company on May 19, 2014, held office only till the date of the AGM, as per provisions of section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013.
Since the notice of AGM did not have appointment of Mr. Rahul Mehta, as one of the agenda item, the AGM proceedings did not have any mention of his not being appointed or vacation of office. However, pursuant to the provisions of the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, Mr. Rahul Mehta has vacated his office of directorship of the Company on August 08, 2014. |
