With reference to the earlier letter dated March 31, 2015 the Company had informed that it will close its Financial Year on March 31, 2015 for the broken period of October 01, 2014 to March 31, 2015, BF Utilities Ltd has now informed BSE that
the Company has now decided to close the financial year on September 30, 2015 for the full year of October 01, 2014 to September 30, 2015, as has been done in the earlier years.

The Company will align its Financial Year as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 within the stipulated time prescribed thereunder.
