"Attention is drawn to the following:
Pending valuation of shares in Great Wholesale Club Ltd as mentioned in Note 3 of un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2006, adjustment, if any, in the carrying amount of investments (Rs 2250 lakhs) has not been reflected in the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2006. Accordingly, the auditors are unable to comment on the extent of impact, if any, on the Company's financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2006." |
