"The Board of Directors approved the rollover of the resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 18, 2014 for raising of funds through issue of equity shares / equity linked instruments, debentures or any other securities upto an amount of Rs. 2500 Crore, as an enabling resolution, subject to the approval of the shareholders. This resolution is in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013." |
