- Mr. T. N. Unni has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Company.
Further, due to technical problems in the IT system of the subsidiary/associate of the Company, Company is unable to publish consolidated audited financial results. The same will be complied immediately after the Subsidiary/Associates Company’s accounts are finalized. |
