Insider Trading Regulations of the Bank, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the Bank's shares shall remain closed from January 16, 2017 till January 29, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of consideration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. During this period, no trading shall be made in the Bank's shares by the Directors, designated employees of the Bank and all connected persons as defined in the "Code of Conduct". The Trading window shall open for trading on January 30, 2017. |
