The above financial results were approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 13, 2017. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 01.30 P.M. and concluded at 04.55 P.M. A copy of the Audit Report submitted by the Statutory Auditors, both on the consolidated and standalone financial results is enclosed. The summary of the Financial Results will be published in Newspapers as required under the Listing Regulations. A copy of the Press Release issued on the above is enclosed. |
