| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mid-day Multimedia Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the Special resolution, to change the name of the Company from "Mid-Day Multimedia Limited" to "Next Mediaworks Limited", subject to approval of Central Government and subject to such other approvals, consents, permissions, as may be required.
The Board has appointed Mr. Virendra Bhatt, Practising Company Secretary, as a Scrutinizer for conducting the voting through Postal Ballot in a fair and transparent manner. The duly completed Postal Ballot Form should reach the Scrutinizer on or before March 22, 2011. The Scrutinizer will submit his Report and the result of the Postal Ballot shall be announced at the Registered Office of the Company on March 25,2011. |
