- The Board has re-appointed Mr. Sushil Kumar Pransukhka as the Chief Financial Officer and Whole- time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company for a period of 2(two) years with effect from July 11, 2016 pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and all other laws applicable to the Company. This information is given in compliance to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
