1. It was decided to hold the Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 26, 2015.
2. It took note of receipt of proceeds by way of sale of shares in GKB Vision Ltd, details of which have been intimated to Stock Exchanges on May 30,2015.
3. It took note that the Company's Wholly Owned step down Subsidiary, GKB Ophthalmics Products FZE, Sharjah has acquired Lensco, The Lens Company, USA, from GKB Vision Ltd for a consideration of US$ 1. Lensco has accumulated losses of US$ 1,24,751 which is expected to be wiped out within 2 years. This acquisition will enable the Company to make a foray in American market. |
