| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/08/2016 17:57:40 | Thyrocare Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 27, 2016, the Company has been holding 5,440 equity shares in Thyrocare International Holding Co., (TIHC) Mauritius, representing 9.09% of the total paid-up capital of the said company, which is not yielding any return.
Further, the recommendation of the Audit Committee, approved a proposal to sell the entire 5,440 equity shares at the cost price, to one of the relatives of the Promoters, since the other shareholders of TIHC declined to acquire the said shares which were first offered to them.
