| Exchange Disseminated Time | Alpine Housing Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2007, inter alia, have also accorded to the following:
1. Re-appointment of M/s. Rao & Venkatesulu, Chartered Accountants, Bangalore as Auditors of the Company, to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on remuneration, terms & conditions.
2. Ratify the Interim dividend @ 12.50% as and declares as Final Dividend. |
