(NSDL). The remote e-voting period commences on Wednesday, the 12th April, 2017 at 9 A.M. and ends on Thursday, the 11th May, 2017 at 5 P.M. The remote e-voting module shall be disabled by NSDL for voting thereafter. During this period, shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date i.e. on Friday, the 31st March, 2017, may cast their votes electronically. |
