| Exchange Disseminated Time | Compuage Infocom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 02, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 alongwith Auditors Report.
2. To take note of Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the period ended March 31, 2016.
3. To consider and recommend Dividend on Equity Share Capital for the F.Y. 2015-16, if any.
Further, with reference to the Code of Conduct of the Company formed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Designated Employees and their immediate relatives from April 25, 2016 and shall remain closed till forty-eight hours after the information becomes generally available. |
