Kindly refer to our letter cited intimating that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 09th February 2018 at 2.00 PM (Bangkok time) (i.e., IST 12.30PM) at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.
It was erroneously intimated that the meeting is convened to consider Un-audited Financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2018 instead of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2017.
Kindly note that the Agenda for the next meeting of Board of Directors scheduled to be held on 09th February 2018 inter- alia include consideration and approval of Un-audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2017.
