| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kirloskar Electric Company Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and the year ended on March 31, 2014.
Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the Trading Window in respect of the Company's Securities will remain closed from May 21, 2014 and none of the Directors and Designated Persons and/or their dependants shall deal in Securities of the Company till the opening of the Trading Window which shall be 24 hours after the results are made public. |
