1. The Board of Directors of Oil India Limited in its meeting held on 09.02.2018 has inter-alia declared Interim Dividend of Rs.14/- per share (i.e. 140 %) for the year 2017-18.
2. The 'Record Date' for determining entitlement for payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2017-18 is 22.02.2018.
3. Dividend is payable on and from 23.02.2018. Payment will be completed on and before 10.03.2018.
