4. Appointment of M/s. Chaturvedi & Shah, Chartered Accountants and M/s. Yeotekar & As Chartered Accountants as Joint Auditors of the Company.
5. Retirement of Mr. Vishwas Pathak as Director of the Company.
6. Appointment of Mr. Milind Naik as Director of the Company.
