| Exchange Disseminated Time | FDC Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.
Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from November 05, 2014 to November 13, 2014 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, Directors /Designated employees shall not trade in the equity shares of the Company during the above said period. |
