| Exchange Received Time 30/05/2017 14:40:39 Exchange Disseminated Time 30/05/2017 14:40:46 Time Taken 00:00:07 | This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is unable to convene its Board Meeting to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2017, within the stipulated period i.e. 60 days from the end of 31st March, 2017 due to incompletion of Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year 2016-17.
The reason for incompletion of the Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year 2016-17 is unavailability of Statutory Auditors due to unavoidable reason.
However, the Company is in process to convene its Board Meeting pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 by 15th of June, 2017.
