TV Today Network Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is now postponed and scheduled to be held on November 13, 2015, at Noida (UP.). Therefore in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company, now shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited financial results of the Company till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results of the Company to the public (both days inclusive). |
