Further, in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, and the Code of Conduct of the Company, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from April 22, 2015 to May 01, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
