1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31,2015.
Further, in view of foregoing and in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window will be closed for the period from May 05, 2015 till 24 hours after the date on which the said financial results are communicated to the Stock Exchange. |
